I have same problem at call ends i have a crash, and google talk problem too. Otherwise it´s a fast and stable ROM, god work!!

Okay... the Phone.apk will crash when ending a call...

Here's the fix:

1. Download the attached Phone.apk
2. in the HyperDroid folder go to root/system and create a new folder "app" (without the quotes)
3. Put the Phone.apk in "app"
4. Reboot

I tried to download over 3G and I get the same results, it's very strange...
I also have the Gtalk auth problem (even if I don't use it), maybe they're connected.

167 dpi is a little bit to small, but everyone have other taste. :)

Im only the one who have problems with choice buttons? Take a look at the attachements..

I think the Gtalk have something to do with Pushing Gmails to you phone and the market place.

I live in The Nederlands.

This is very fast.
Keyboard is a bit smaller than what I've previously used, but nothing I can't adapt to.

However, I'm having some trouble downloading Apps from the Market.

Some will download, but some just won't start downloading.

Google Authentication Workaround: (May fix Market, Talk and Voice for some)

1) Set up the device as normal, GMail first.
2) Turn off contact/email sync for this account but leave calendars enabled.
3) Add Apps as another Google account. Check Contacts/Email sync is ON.
4) In Google Apps Admin, change the maximum sharing permissions to "Can Edit Events/Sharing" (or similar)
5) Login to Apps Calendar, and share all your calendars with said permissions to your GMail account
6) Resync the device, and reboot (just for good measure)
7) Edit the device Calendar settings to show the ones you want again

Settings>Privacy>Factory Data Reset> Reset Phone.....

That fixed All my problems

Can install stuff from market place and no more errors from Gtalk.
