Just use the one that came with the phone and plug in headphones of your choice.

Please refer to the accessories section of the X10 forums for more information. This is why no one is answering you; it has been discussed.
SE P910i -> SE P1i -> SE X1a (warranty replaced with X2a )-> SE X10i -> Nexus One

I use the only good thing from my n97 mini. The headphone, mic set. Very good sound. Buttons dont work tho, but bass is phenomenal. Ear bud type.

These are fantastic ear buds. Have been using them since 2008. They added the mic when the iPhone 3GS was announced, so they do work with mobile devices. I haven't tested them on the x10 since the pair I own were purchased before the mic was added, but I am pretty sure they would work without any problems.

Might want to check out Zagg's site as they have their ear buds on sale for like half price. I hear they are comparable too Bose ear buds. I use a Motorola bluetooth stereo headset. Its awesome but the max volume is a bit low for my taste.
