if only there was no MIR then i would've bought it right now!!! Gonna try my luck at radioshack and bestbuy tomorrow!(its still the 30th in Cali)

I really doubt it. There isn't nearly as much buzz over this as the EVO. Not to mention Samsung probably has enough parts to build their phones unlike HTC.
