did i brick my phone???

i cant seem to get out of boot loader. it just keeps bringing me back to boot loader when o reboot, power down and power up. what do i do? am i screwed?

Apply the stock RUU downgrade again if you did it once already.

ok. i didnt brick. nut o nand restore my original rom and back on deck. although my baseband version hasnt changed. im 1.00.xxxxx not 2.15xx.did it not update? the {guide} said not to redo ot. but it doesnt seem to have been applied although i saw saw something load up. i dont wanna take another chance at the update if it will brick me. or should i? im not moving a finger until i get some feedback. much appreciated.

Should be fine. Is your phone still rooted w/ s-off? Applying the radio should be fine after restoring.

Yes.still rooted with s-off. So I can flash it over?
