Default Vibrant & Captivate Stock Radio

I haven't had a whole lot of time to test this modem, but it should support the 850MHz band and I'm getting upload rates of about 1400kbps. Please post your experience, if everything checks out I'll make a walkthrough for the layman.

Running JM6 w/Captivate kernel. Flashed and seeing no real improvements. Getting 3MB/s dl, ~1MB/s ul. Still says it's connected to HSDPA.

Odd, my numbers jump from 400kbps to about 1400kbps. And that's with only about 2 minutes between tests using the same server. I'll upload the stock modem in a few minutes.

Thank you kindly, I do hit 1024k up vs the normal 250k with this .tar, but voice calls are bricked. But it does work enabling it.

There are 9 categories for HSUPA - the slowest is .73Mbits/sec.

If you are seeing close to 1Mb (I assume you meant bit not byte) then you are wll into HSUPA speed for uploads.

If you were getting 1MB (Megabyte) then we would all be jealous as you would be kicking A** at 8Mbits/sec.
