Confirmed, radio is 32.44.00.32U_5.09.05.30_2

I doubt very much HTC would release a rooted ROM. Just going to make a rational and educated assumption here, and say No.

It's not rooted, it's the OTA update you'd get from HTC

The download from this site was quite slow

Mirrored it to another server, just in case, somebody else needs this file ^^

Seems like this Update was ment to update the Desire from Android 2.1 latest update to Froyo
