[Q] [HELP] Phone is stuck at bootloader

I have a HTC Mega PB74100 that is stuck at bootloader (tri-color screen) everytime i switch it on. I need a help to get it back to work as usual.


The screen says:
PB74100
SPL-1.28.0000
MicroP(LED) 0x03
ENGID 0xF
PCBID 0x80
PanelInfo 8-0xFF

What I tried so far:
1. Tried to flash an original rom using this file I downloaded from shipped-roms website:
RUU_Mega_hTC_Asia_WWE_1.28.707.3_Radio_Signed_61.4 1t.25.31_3.48.25.27_Ship.exe
At 1% it said invalid vendor or something and phone restarted back to bootloader.

2. Downloaded MTTY, but did not find a guide for HTC Mega.
3. Tried hard reset (volume up + down + power), but it went to bootloader instead.

you cannot flashed your ROM unless you do the hard SPL first. I hope you read the thread by yellow fever as it was very helpful for newbie flasher....

Thanks for the info, but i can't do the hardSPL since it is stuck at bootloader tri-color screen.
