What I did was using an existing flashable zip (from a theme i use) that already contained a framework-res.apk, and by the same way updating that zip with my modded file.
Then i flashed that zip.

Ahh, good idea... I have used the complicated way i think! I'l try your way next time!

The really strange thing was, if the phone was in bootloop, i reinsert the original framework and it dosnt worked... Had to to a nandroid...

I'l repost, if it works!

Thanks for your answer. But i have a sense rom... I can only go the metamorph-way, but with s-on it doesnt work. By the way, the app seams to have a system-memory problem?!

Because it doesnt work with metamorph for me, i would add it manually to framework - Unfortunately with no luck so far...

I was able to add the flip animation to my LeeDroid 2.2e theme.

Now I would like to add the opening animation shown on the flip video (when the Market app is opened). Can anyone tell me how to do it please?

I don't quite fully understand what do you mean, do you want to take a part of flip annimation and integrate it with standard animations?

No, no, I would just like the opening window effect. You can see it at 0:05 on the flip video (when the Market app opens) you posted in the OP.
Maybe it's a Samsung only feature?
