Exclamation Can S200 to be multi touch screen ?

any parts and change , then make the S200 to be support multi touch ?

Physically, It couldn't be multi touch, because the a difference between capacitive screen ( HTC HD2, Iphone) and resistive one (S2OO, HTC HD2)

But some programmers on this forum have managed to simulate a capacitive screen with a resistive one.

With this solution, you can pinch to zoom and others thing like capacitive

Why is it so simple.....

Thanks your reply , I mean change the LCD / Mon , can it make S200 support it ?

No one simulated multi-touch on a resistive screen..thats impossible, what anadol and others did was implement a Dual-touch for resistive screens, that is something completely different from multi-touch.

That's true, thanks for the precision. Dual touch is not multi-touch... ;)

@ apollo13hk :

I think that it would be quite difficult. Maybe you wil need then some "special" drivers for handling multi-touch.
I'm not a specialist, but I think it's a hard mod for your phone.
