Question [Q] eBay help needed!

it is my first time at selling so be gentle

Just sold my item.. Norton 360 CD.. I recieved the money and printed out some Certificates and a address for the buyer.. My question is what do I do with them? I am guessing the address I have to stick to the Item, but that about the Certificate??

It cost me almost £2 for this, so will I have to pay again at the post office??

thank you for your time!

sorry for the random question, but this is the off-topic section

added a quick pics so you know what I have.. I think the certificate is for the post office?

dont know what the certificate is - an invoice?

The postage goes on the outside of the packaging, the invoice inside, and scan a copy for your own records.

AFAIK, the Certificate is for your records. It is stamped and initialed at the post office to prove that you actually dropped it off, then you keep it in case anything should go wrong, relieving you of responsibility. You could always go into the post office and ask someone what it is also, they would be the most knowledgeable.

I see you crossed off one of the addresses, but it looks like you missed the other one
