Guys since I have updated my device to this latest firmware my Twitter client isn't working anymore. No matter what client I use its just not accepting my userid and password. Is anyone facing such issue with this Rom.

I want my twitter back please help me out guys.

ok guys i did the hard reset and twitter was back just for few mins. but now again its dead no matter wht client i use ? wtf ? please help me out!!

I have a HTC Desire Telstra branded (unrooted).
It has Telstra specific modifictions, but is not locked to Telstra as I am using it on another carrier.

I have downloaded from Shipped ROMs the file:
RUU_Bravo_Froyo_HTC_WWE_2.10.405.2_R_Radio_32.44.00.32U_5.09.05.30_2_release_142828_signed.exe

It seems to run as an installer on Windows where it will then connect to phone and update it.
Does renaming this file to UPDATE.ZIP and copying to phone SD and booting into HBOOT work the same way?

I have been adivsed on another post that this won't work without a Gold card.

Any tips are appreciated. I am a bit confussed and and want to ensure I do this right.

I'm sure I've answered this on Android Forums already...

Connect your Desire, make sure HTC Sync says connected and then just run the EXE file (with your gold card in the unit)

Branded Telstra HTC Desire.

I have made a Gold card using GoldCardTool.exe 0.0.5.0.

I put the Gold card into the phone and run the RUU above.
After I get the prompt to Update, a screen showns a dialog saying waiting for bootloader....
(I think the word was bootloader).

The phone restarts and sits on a HTC logo until the PC update software times out saying there is no phone connected.
The phone does not respond to any input at all, so I had to remove the battery and restart it. It then boots up fine as though nothing happened.

I have tried other suggestions that suggest setting USB debugging to on and/or HTC sync, but then the RUU update doesn't even get to the point to try the update as it can't detect the phone at all.

Could anyone please suggest if I am missing something?
