Hi!
Is there any way to obtain Friend Stream for Azure Rom?

It'll require HTC proprietary framework stuff I imagine, so no. It ain't gonna happen.

If you use launcher pro (instead of ADW) then buy launcher pro plus and you'll get some extremely good widgets.

Alright, that seems like a good idea then!
Could you maybe point me in the right direction for some of them?

Well launcher pro plus comes bundled with them.

As for standalone widgets you'll have to google for it.

yrref even i wanted friendsteam so tht i can sync fb with my contacts on azure rom... I just miss tht thing in azure . Guess we have to w8 for the official 2.2 sense froyo from htc. i heard its 18-19th sept. i read this on some forum topic with proof on twitter.i dont have the links sorry .

you can sync with facebook in azure. just download the oficial facebook app, log in and its done. you can set it upp in "accounts". also longpress a contact, select "edit contact", press meny and then "join" if you wish to join a phone contact with a facebook one.

launcherpro will release a friendstream widget for plus users this week i think. well worth the money to buy the app. its far better than ADW imo.

dont u think i must have tried tht xcrew..it doesnt sync contacts for sure.. not even in the Neon Mod 0.21 m on currently

well thats all i didnt... on a freshly installed azure mod facebook contacts wont sync. All i did was install facebook and it apered in "settings/accounts and sync". In that menu i just checked "auto-sync" and my contacts automaticly synced with facebook. this was the first thing i did after a fresh install of azure. If i can sync, you guys must be able to, just gotta do the right things

to make sure we have the same facebook app, im using "facbook for android" version 1.3.2

ofc i had to join a coupple of contacts to. "contact list/longpress/edit contact/menu button/join". also you might make sure you actualy show your facebook contacts in the phonebook by checking out phonobook display settings.
