Titanium backup from INC to Droid X, impossible?

i did a through-mail exchange of the incredible to the droid x, meaning i only have a limited time in which to still use my incredible before i must send it back if i don't wish to be charged friggin $500


i request that Droid X vs. incredible flaming be kept to a minimum, i have my reasons


however, is it even feasible to root the incredible, root the X, then use titanium backup to cold-copy the configuration on the incredible onto the X? Will problems arise from transferring data between Sense and Ninja blur? is it not worth the hassle? is there an alternative way to simply copy over my .apks and their various configurations? (like notes within the one-note app)

Phone to phone transfer is a quite common task with TB, results vary widely. I would say you having better luck transferring to another HTC/Sense phone, however if there are some 3rd party applications you would like to transfer + carry along the contents/settings along with it, there is a good chance this might work (as both phones likely use the same storage location... could be wrong on this). Worse comes to worse you can just reformat, but as a general rule you have more luck with 3rd party apps than Sense-based apk's + sqlite databases.
