[Q] rooted my droid 2 but superuser permissions does nothing

i rooted my droid 2 following the directions in the above forum....everything worked fine and i have the superuser permissions icon, just when you open it it is blank and does nothing.....any comments on this?

It only shows programs that have superuser permissions. Download a program that requires root and see if it works.

What kind of program requires root access? i just got my first droid and am kind of new to all of this...

SetCpu, although you have to pay for it, others are root explorer, adfree, wifi tether for root users, you can pretty much search for the word "root" on the market and play around with the apps there
