I have this softbank X02HT and unlock code but I need to reload the phone OS also known as ROM. Please help where to download ROM updates.

Try HardReset first. I didn't find any shipped softbank ROM (I think), but for Cavalier ROM you can look HERE

I don't have any Cavalier, but I think, that it's the same method as for another smartphone.
Turn off the phone. Then press and hold Left and Right softkeys and press Power button for less than one second. It should shows a question "Do you want to..." (or somethink like that...). Then press "0"
