poksh's IconHelper is a windows mobile application that helps you change icons for programs in Start Menu. You can generate glass style icon using icons from program's EXE (result image size autocalculated from Start Menu layout) or you can use for generation (or just associate) any PNG image (with transparency also). Works for applications, folders and Control Panel applets. You can also reset the original icons if you wish.

Glass icons generation:

• original EXE icons from .LNK (for program shortcuts)
• original icons from CPL (for Control Panel applets)
• PNG or GIF images (for all shortcuts)

Languages

• English
• Russian

Plans

• Preview for generated icons
• Fullblown image selection dialog
• HTC Sense icon cache clearing

Known problems:

• Some system icons are not displayed (eg, Phone)
• If you do not show other icons (eg, self IconHelper) - try to soft reset

Requirements: WM 6.5.x, .NET 3.5

works fine with me thank youbut some of the icons did not change and also ive notice that in the main menu my icons did not change how can i make it glass look same like in start menu?im using cookie home tab 1.8.5 is it possible also to change the icon with framed glass?

yes, but it will take same time (i'm using titanium)

right now you can use this utility - CSMI.
icons, which generated by IconHelper, can be found in \Windows\IconHelper.

or you can wait until I install Manila, look into its settings and make change icons directly from my app.but unfortunately, I can't do it until next week .

Great app! This app is soo much better than jwmd cos it can change some of the icons which jwmd and csmi cannot. But can I suggest something? When selecting the icon to use, is it possible to show a preview of the icon like jwmd? This is because some icons have weird names and I don't really want to rename 400+ icons. Thanks!!!!

Use total commander and go to this location Device\Application Data\HTC\ProgLauncher clear out all the BMG files there, or just the ones who's icons you changed, then soft reset (reboot) your phone then apply those apps to quick links and you should be set.
