Getting rid of Verizon Media Manager popping up

Has anyone studies out how to keep ones pc from popping up with the loud and annoying verizon website pushing the install of the verizon media manager? I do not want to install that software.

On the incredible you dial some ## number and can disable it. Help is appreciated.

when you plug in your phone it will have the motorola icon in the bottom right of your computer. Click on when plugging in phone and it will pop out to the side with website if applicable or nothing. Choose nothing.
