Default shot myself in the foot

I deleted innopath activecare and i didn't make a backup. I wasn't sure what the hell it was but now I Know its neccesary for OTA. I have a full system dump but I can't figure out which files i need to put where

Put MobileUpdateClient.apk in /system/app and see if you can get it to run by going to the phone settings.
