[Q] HSDPA settings for cooking custom ROM

I can disable it in the settings, but therev seems to be no registry value, that can be set in a custom rom to disable it by default. Does anyone know, what to do for a custom rom, to get this feature? I use a B7610 with a custom WM6.5 Rom based on JE2 Build. Thx Thunder
