Custom roms and volume

So I was just wondering when the bootloader is finally cracked and custom roms are made is the phone volume going to be louder automatically since we're gonna be on stock android or do someone still have to implement it in the rom. I actually have pretty good sound on my phone I just don't like how there's nothing past the maximum volume even tho other phones go past that (sigh and no I do not want a next phone -_-)
