what could be more important?

I talked to samsung about this and there tech support says its not an option on the fascinate. How true that is I'm not sure but I had no reason to doubt them.

Not quite sure what your talking about, there is a clearly marked TV out setting in my settings. I'm on the Telus Fascinate so it could be different though.

There is no TV out for Verizon Fascinate.
