big problems

Hello everyone i have real problems with my phone now, i cant call out or even text message.

I have tried different Sim-cards and try to update it, i think i tried everything now,
I have full signal bar and the network is found.

Some strange thing is if i try Wap "surf" it all goes smooth ,
my suspicions lead electrodes that there is something wrong in the boot loader. But now I botched gone warranty paper and desperately need help here!

Try this if issue is with loader it will get resolved. But if its hardware issue then u have to go to sony.
