[Q] Port a Rom??

Could someone port the MIUI to the droid 2???

its currently not possible as miui is an aosp rom and the locked bootloader on the droid 2/x prevents unsigned roms and kernels from being loaded. cvpcs is working on an aosp rom for the droid x obisidan that actually hijacks the boot process similar to the way koushs bootstrap does but thats a huge project that he and his crew is working on

for the miui to be ported it would take a real rewrite of it and a seperate hijack created. i doubt that an devs would really take that on at the moment

dang i really love that rom. Even if someone could come up with something close to it.
