I just installed OpenDesire on my HTCDesire. Its working great. Though I am missing HTC Contacts app.

is it possible to get HTC Contacts app on my OpenDesire now?

No, not without installing HTC Sense first. You're probably better off with a Sense ROM like LeeDroids.

The plus features have widgets that look and act like the Sense widgets, including:

It's great. And there are mods, so if you want to there's the possibility of making the widgets transparent, blue and so on.

I am not interested in all HTC Widgets. After reading different reviews I came to know that it eats battery and memory. However, I really liked the way HTC manages the Contacts. Mulitple social accounts linked at one place. I tried to find some decent app for that but didn't like any.
