NEW Skype on X10 mini PRO?

Someone can try to install the new Skype from APK in an Xperia X10 mini/mini pro?
If you post here the APK i will try on mine!

Nope, it only works on android 2.1 and higher!
We'll have to be patient for while....

Skype even doesn't work with SE X10 mini pro 2.1! :(

Yeah I tested the crap out of it on 2.1 on Mini Pro, when you receive or make a voice call or attempt to text chat Skype crashes out.

Sucks big time. Especially because fring and nimbuzz both no longer support Skype voice calls what other alternatives are there??? none...

Just downloaded on Market and installed OK. Called the test number and worked fine! Will test with a real person in a bit, but looks encouraging!

Can you share the .apk?

[edit] Never mind - just searched the market again and the app is there now! Seems to work (at least I can ring the callback test) - audio was a little choppy but otherwise seemed to work ok.

Skype has been updated today to support smaller screen devices. That's why it shows up in the Market for the Mini's now.
