2.1 update help please

Please help is it worth updateing to 2.1 if so how do i do it and where do i get pkg my build is 3883 any help would gratefully received thanx

In my opinion no, 2.1 was rushed out and is slow and buggy. Or is it just the hardware at fault?

One thing is for sure my g1 on cyanogenmod 5.0.8 was much better than this.
