[Q] how do u speed this phone up?

this phone takes too long to open, close, & change from one program to another, so long it seems the designers of this phone just bit off more than they were able to chew. rumor is tho that if it was tuning a different os like droid it'd run much better. anyway,I should mention that I do use this ram sweeper tool that doesn't even really help anymore. so are there things I can do to make this phone run faster than it's current speed of molasses? are there any other os's available that I could install. btw I did install some windows rom from this site actually for this almost a year ago that seemed to help for a little while.
