I did that, and it gave me a error message and then it prompted me to check "skip wpa_supplicant"

When you check this option this off, do I need to do something else?

I have a new animation but the boot image shows for 10 seconds roughly before it, can i remove the boot image completely?

or do you HAVE to have something in there? i really just want the animation.

No, he is not. He said that he gave his son his U8100. So now he can't test on it. He is now working on the ZTE Blade ROMs.

So when I got my U8100 ages ago, I never really experienced it apparently. I quickly sought other home launchers since I got bored with the standard one. But now, after getting fed up with having my screens reload slowly with basically every alternative launcher, I decided to go back to my old home launcher. And it's surprisingly good it seems. I never even realized that Huawei had custom ui with it's own widgets (Emotion UI) before. I've used some of the widgets (I love the mail widget in particular) but I didn't play around with all of them properly before (and thought they were standard android). Is there any way to get those updated widgets (I particularly want the messaging one) on the U8100? Looks awesome (very much like Sense).

Ugh... after playing around with alternative apps for everything for so long, I feel an urge to go back to mostly stock launcher and apps (i.e messaging instead of GO SMS) for smoothness....

I'm sure LP rewrite will change things though, but until then I'm probably back to stock...

Anyways, if it's possible to get those widgets on this ROM or some other way that would be awesome.

EDIT: I'm facepalming myself so much right now. I kept looking for alt launchers like Zeam that worked smoothly and had no reloads, but even Zeam had reloads. While the launcher I had the entire time apparently works flawlessly and very smoothly (so far) with 10 screens (apparently I can have like over 50 screens) and 6 full screen widgets...
