[Q] Any Roms for the R2-D2

I just rooted my friends R2-D2 phone, and im wondering if their are any Roms for it. all that i have seen have been made for the regular droid 2

I don't really belong in the droid 2 forums, but last time i checked the r2-d2 is the same as the regular droid 2.

There are version differences, droid 2=2.2.0 and the r2d2=2.4.5 (I think), and I think (don't quote me) some bootloader changes they made. The sbf for the regular droid 2 won't work for the r2d2 and the roms are the same way (I think). It's best to wait for the r2d2 sbf to be released before anyone flashes roms or they could end up with a bricked r2d2 droid 2.

I've never seen a description of differences, it's possible there is no clear cut description anywhere yet of whats different between the D2 and the R2D2. However, on every ROM for the D2 it generally has a disclaimer stating that you will probably brick your R2D2 if you flash it, so I'd leave the ROMs alone for the time being, unless you are very brave
