AOSP Magic v 0.2 Beta Testing ~ DI10, Deodexed, Zipaligned, AOSP Lock-screen, & CyanogenMod Theme ~

Looking for an AOSP, fast, clean, cyanogen mod type ROM, well AOSP Magic is for you! (:


Both the original and universal iterations of AOSP Magic boost many AOSP applications including messaging, calendar, and calculator.

All of the iterations, as well are deodexed for faster speed and zip-aligned for better performance.


All Verison apps have been removed.

This ROM will not format your data or delete your kernal, no kernal is included you must flash your own or the kernal you were using will stay.

Themeing is still a work in progress, more updates to come.


Version 0.2 fixes all bugs reported, please report any other bugs in this thread for me to look at.

Problems & Solutions

If your Latin IME keyboard isn't working try flashing LatinIME.zip below.

If your camera is fc-ing then flash camera.zip in clockwork.

If you don't like the vanilla lockscreen simply flash puzzle_lock.zip attached below.

If you also dont happen to like the mms.apk included, flash mms.apk found attached below.

Downloads

Please note this is a beta release and will more than likely bring along bugs and problems, flash only willingly and make sure you have a backup handy. Ive received reports that you do not have to disable voodoo in the flashing process. Report any bugs you run into, in this thread or by PMing me. Thankyou.

2.1 for now, until I'm able to mess with the froyo source. Interested?

Not too familiar with voodoo is it kernal based?

I'm interested! as long as it works with my 1.2ghz kernel with voodoo!

Not a developer but it changes the system to ext4.

I'd even go as far as including the kernal in the ROM if youd like, it seems like the best at this point with voodoo, oc, and uc. That is if I can get permission from the dev.
