Default Nandroid backup
How do you do a Nandroid back-up on the LG Optimus as I seems the phone has no recovery mode?

ROM: Stock Gingerbread

Device: LG Optimus GT540
O.S: Android
ROM: 2.3.2 SwiftDroid, CyanogenMod 7
Kernel: 2.6.29
Recovery: ClockWork Mod 3.0.0.5

Already have recovery mode with ClockworkMod Recovery v2.5.0.5 proof
