[APP]+[Q] Volume unlock (headphones volume boost)

Hi there ^^
I just found an awsome app that allow to have a better sound on our desire (only with headphones). I can now use my Desire like a mp3 player.
It use a bug discovered in the app "freebox mobile".

Now my question is, does anyone know a native working method to do the same trick ?
I really don't like when my Desire is overloaded of apps.

Doesn't work with Dell Streak 2.2.1 kills all sound in bluetooth headset

Installed the trial version of this app on samsung galaxy s2, the paid version is listed as incompatible with the same handset. Very strange. Any suggestions? Is that any other app that can help increase the headset volume on sgs2?

Please make this work with cyanogenmod 7.1.
