Unfortunately, other applications will still suffer from incorrect font weight system (lfWeight>=610). IMHO it can't be called a real fix, but a workaround for the most used programs.

true... but ezinput and the dialer are finally "fixed" without replacing sys-files from different a.k.u..

With phone keypad i have bold font issue.

I solve the problem changing in A09.xml this line:

So you change an xml file in the EZ Input directory, and the Phone Canvas works? Strange, but please confirm this...

The problem is, that with the registry edits above, my Manila fonts (almost all of them) are changed to the Tahoma font, which looks aweful on Manila...

Yeah I experienced that too, it irked me. I managed to fix it by creating a duplicate of 'HelveticaNeue LT 35 Thin.tff' called 'HelveticaNeue LT 35 Thin_.tff'. Then I changed the reg entries in the first post targeting 'HelveticaNeue LT 35 Thin.tff' to target 'HelveticaNeue LT 35 Thin_.tff'. That way Manila and other programs that use HelveticaNeue LT 35 Thin.tff still use the one they're supposed to and the dialer looks pretty Hope this helps someone. Thanks for the fix guys

kristofpetho, that's the way how it would work - it's a Chief's Central - we only point the direction and provide an idea - the rest is up to Chiefs

The problem that i explain is not related to Phone Canvass,but only with Ezinput using phone keypad option to write message.

Thanks! So to sum up: create a copy of the ttf with a different name, lets say a "_" at the end, and the reg edit should look like this then:
