from everything I have heard right now...no. But hopefully it will in the future, (probably so long as they skin it to stay with the UI theme)

Isn't the question actually 'will there be a version of Swype made for WP7?'

So I'd look at the Swype forums to see what they say...

DONATE TO ME
I have emailed Swype about win 7, but all I got back was that it is in development. But that could be only talk now. It won't happen until Mango anyway. Because in it's current environment you can't change the keyboard.

I really hope Swype will come to Windows Phone 7 soon.

The current default WP7 keyboard is ok, but seriously it is terribly outdated to be obliged to type one letter after the other.

I really hope the partnership between Nokia and Microsoft will help WP7 users to have SWYPE back to their Windows devices...

I used Swype on my HD2 and loved it.

As I already say, typing letter by letter is terribly outdated.

It's also terribly slow. People used to Swype can write twice or 3 times faster than with the default keyboard.

Sorry, but depite the MS efforts you mention, the WP7 keyboard is based on an old input technology.

I am now really fed up with all the WP7 limitations. I hope the Nokia wp7 phone will come with SWYPE.
