adb remount.\and if u in recovery just do:
adb shell mount /system

and then push.

This is cool but I want it to work not fly around. How do you remove it?

Yeah, the transitions were originally developed for the samsung moment, but Burst ported this to his theme for the EVO. Then I saw how Lowrider's theme included the transitions and realized that since they're made for the EVO already with the right calls, I can just follow Stale Bread's instructions to modify the Matted Blues theme that I'm using to have transitions, also.

Is it possible to keep mulitple framework-res.apk on your SD card and then use root explorer to switch between them - and reboot? Or does the file have to be pushed while in recovery?

ok. I did get this to work by editing the APK in 7zip and pushing through recovery. The flip animation is sweet. I was happy to see the top bar flip animated as well.

I'm gonna play around more with it. You really can give the phone a whole different feel with just different animations. I'd still like to know if the file could be replaced with root explorer or if that will jack something up to do it within android.

yes.
remove the suffix from the apk you dont want to use atm using root exp
wipe dalvic/cache
reboot
to swap them rinse and repeat
