Android 3gig allowance T-mobile third party
Hey guys, gonna try and keep this somewhat simple.
You may know of these threads from the Desire board in April 2010

Basically, people who order a T-Mobile contract from a third party (mobiles.co.uk, MPD, phones4u etc) only get a 1gb data limit when it should be 3gb. Even worse, their download/browsing speeds are limited to 360kpbs.
A lot of users managed to have their contracts changed to that of the fair use policy as stated on the T-mobile website; all android users on T-mobile contracts have a 3gb fair use policy and "web 'n' walk plus". (third party is just web 'n' walk)
My question:
Is it going to be the same deal now with the Desire HD being released? If I order from a third party provider, am I going to have to try haggle T-Mobile to give me the data allowance and speed I should be getting with the risk of them saying no?
