Not dual core if that's what you mean. But yes, separate CPU and GPU, and very nice ones at that.

If it can be. I plan on retiring my Nexus for this phone, but I'm worried we may not get permanent root. Since its running a Sense style rom, when Gingerbread comes we may have quite a wait for it, which is why I'd never be able to totally give up my Nexus.

why would you consider putting android on the HD2 just do it.. that whack Rom the hd came out with was the down fall of the hd2. if it didn't have HTC sense I would of never put up to it for a few months... Now that I have been using it for 2 months with a fully working android 2.2 it's very hard for me to get the MT4G.
