Default Battery app

Is there battery app that can tell me what app is using most power or more detailed what %?

I've been very happy with Battery Snap. Has a really nice widget and offers lots of data (graphs, history, etc).

I use battery snap and its good but it does not tell me what apps are draining the most, cause I have stoped using task killer and want to know the difference.
