Question [Q] Insurance - to do or not to do?

Will you be insuring your dhd ? carriers always used to try to bundle it in at point of dale - and dont seem to do this anymore...

how much would i pay for an annual policy to insure my dhd against accidental damage.
I have a 2 yr contract and need to make this bloody thing last!

thx

You've just reminded me that I need to notify my insurance company that I've switched phones.

I wouldn't go without the peace of mind I get from insurance. I used the insurance offered by T-Mobile. Last year my phone was stolen at the gym. I realised it was stolen at 11am, by 3pm T-Mobile had a new phone in my hand. Top service!

Think the company is phonesafe and I pay about £8 a month.

I'm sure there are better deals about but I know people who have had to wait weeks for replacement phones but mine was sorted same day.

Usual price is anywhere between £6.99 an £9.99 per month first month free with your phone provider, but if possible just add it to you HOME CONTENTS insurance - mine was £9 extra on the policy for the WHOLE YEAR!! inc Acc damage/replacement handset/calls made etc etc....
Cover is same so save yourself some cash!!

hope this helps
ps I am with RBS
