[Q] Problem ROM Update

Hello!
I connect my diamond to the pc, with USB cable.
I tried update the original (htc.com) 2.03* Rom install my PDA, but fail.
I tried 1.93, 2.25manila, etc. <--Fail
Each reported error!
Error 226 FLASH WRITE.
Only one allowed to install: sone 2.5 nomanila!
I ran the MTTY (it's show SUCCESSFUL) BUT my IS is intact.
I woud like install Max sense beta, copy IS, bootloader... start install, but than 70% ERROR.
I do not know what's wrong, just let you install the 2.5 nomanila.

You have not provided much info, because I do not see how it is HSPL, etc!
If you have more info soon be able to help you write!
