Rooted Droid 2 & Sysetm Update to 2.3.3

OK so the title pretty much says it all. Rooted Droid 2 and updated to 2.30.3 last night. Think went OK but know it seems I have lost my root privileges as I can not access Titanium Backup or Root Explorer, and every time I power my phone on and off Droid 2 Bootstrap I have to re-boot via Bootstrap.

Anyone have any recommendations on what to do?
