Thumbs up ZAGG invisible shield

I took part in a weekly draw for winning an iPad through ZAGG.com few weeks ago and got a 50% discount code for it (nice).

I had bought a cheap black silicon case and a plastic shield for the screen for about 2$ on ebay first when I got my wildfire, but I decided to use the discount code and bought me a FULL body protection invisible shield from ZAGG.

I got it via mail few days ago (took 8 days getting it to Denmark) and I began to install it on my phone.
Before I began I had surfed throughout the net trying to find a good guide on how to install it correctly, because I'd heard of people breaking their phone from doing it totally wrong, or even destroying their new shield.
But I ended up using one of ZAGG's own video guides on their webpage.

It took me about 2 hours!! To get it onto my phone, it was a little hard to get all these small parts to sit together, with water solution all over my fingers... but It worked. After that I used an method I saw one guy use on his iPhone, by wrapping the phone corners into kitchen plastic (don't know what its called, you know that sticky plastic) because they need to be well pressed down to look good.

The phone has to dry for about 12-15 hours before you use it.

Well now my phone looks amazing with this full maximum body coverage, with no extra case around it that makes the phone look big or ugly and did i mention, military SCRATCH proof... think it should handle minor drops as well.

I totally recommend this product from ZAGG, check it out!

I have installed an Invisible shield also. Looks very nice. It took me 30 minutes to apply it, but I had previous experiences with their products. Yes, I too had problems with the small pieces. For future reference search for the "palming" techniques on the zagg`s tutorial pages. I used them for my instalation and it all looks and sits good (and you don`t need kitchen plastic for it, but kudos for the ingenuity!).
