I'm sticking with JPO for the time being. I'm not leaving this kernel, until some gingerbred port gives me good reason.

Indeed it is a great kernel, but with XXJPX 2.2.1 being an official released, perhaps zenkins need to update soon to be compatible with 2.2.1.

Without 2.2.1. sources, it is hard to tweak...but would definately go back to this once this gets updated!!

Phone Galaxy S III GT-I9300 | ROM WanamLite v1.5 | Kernel franco r8

Phone Galaxy S GT-I9000 | ROM CM9 Nightly #165 | Kernel Semaphore ICS v1.2.5

I still run docs bujp8 with build 38. There is no shame in skipping an update or two. The phone functions as i expect from a 500 euro device. As far as i read there is no additional functionaly in jpx, just increased performance.

I hope a kernel update comes, till then i am just content with my current setup.

Thank Zenkins

hi all,

I have installed ya-ok for a month. If the official gingerbread is released do I need to uninstall ya-ok first or I just need to flash the phone using Samsung kies without doing anything to ya-ok.

yeah same here, but I couldnt hold much longer , was using XXJPO for ages! with YA-OK! since build #23 ..but 2.2.1 is really alot faster/snappier than 2.2..

Definitely agree!! Really hope Zenkinz updates it soon. Was running his kernels on my phone and they are smooth, stable and fast. They give a CLEAN performance
