Car charge fixed by 2.1 update

Hi Everybody, I just would like to notice people that the problem that make us unable to use other power charger than the original is fixed for me with the 2.1 update.

Hope it's not totally uselless for some of you =)

I still have that problem. I've two car charges, none of them work after 2.1 update as well

Suprisingly my former CarCharger that SOMETIMES work before works now

As i understood, this is no bug:
The usb-specs say, that charging-cabels have to have a resistens between pin 2 and 3 of max. (i dont now, 100 Ohm or so). So one way to do so is just connect pin 2 and 3 (shortcircuit = 0 Ohm). Sony stays with this specification . So carchargers wont work, when u take a normal datacable, unless they are shortcuircuied itself.

Actually I can see light but it isn't charging. Btw I've the worlds cheapest car usb charger:P

mine started to work now too as of the 2.1 update. This is great. Now I can stream bluetooth music to my deck without killing my battery
