Problems, bugs, glitches, etc

I noticed some people starting threats about first impression problems, bugs, etc (myself included). Thought we could keep it all in one threat. I have 9 days left in my remorse period (bought the G2 first) and would like to get other people's opinions on issues they encounter.

So far my biggest concern is the weak external speaker. Its really hard for me to hear it with car noise in the background. Didn't have that problem with the G2 or Nexus.

Also my GPS would take forever to locate my exact position until I had TMo do a cancel location. Its better but still takes a while. The G2 would lock on instantly whereas my Nexus GPS seems faster 3 out of 4 times.

Still early in the game, will do some more testing soon.
