Did you set the frequency to push ? You need to scroll up above the list of times to set it to push.

got push hotmail working perfectly by using, Vanilla 2.2 mail .apk.
settings
email: myemail@hotmail.com
server address: m.hotmail.com
SSL enabled
accept all SSL certificates enabled
username: myemail@hotmail.com
password: password
Domain: \myemail@hotmail.com

still cant get exchange working properly even with touch down, must be our server.

I have tried these settings, but i get an error everytime I get to the last screen to selet a name for my account and the process never completes.
Has anyone been successful in getting Hotmail (Activesync) configured on their myTouch ? I already have another exchange activesync account setup for work email.
On the G2 & N1 I was able to setup multiple Activesync accounts ?

Is that broken on the HTC mail client ?

Do I need another mail client for it to work?

Thanks

How'd you get vanilla 2.2 mail app on your mytouch 4G? I'd like to get Hotmail exchange active sync working on the MT4G.

Working well. Thanks!

No HTML which is weird since POP3 with the default HTC mail app supports it.
