Phone is not sleeping

My phone running and will not go to sleep
I am running phoenix 1.49 el and epic Experience 1.2.05 ROM

What could be causing this problem.... everything i've looked at hasn't worked. I do not having any running services that are eating up battery... well I don't know think so

If you restart the phone it should fix it. Sometimes I got crazy 100% running and no sleep when I rebooted the phone and then immediately plugged it into charge. Also, I got 100% running when CorePlayerService was running, which is the service for the music player. This may or may not have been a fluke, since I believe others have reported that theirs were fine.
