Yes you can u may be charged a $10 restocking fee though so be prepared.

you can still exchange it even though you have some scratches... if you go into the store just talk to them as a distraction... itll most likely be some teenager thats stoned out his mind anyway...
if you really want a different color give it a try either way the worst thing thatll happen is theyll say no

Scratches are fine its considered wear and tear as long as its not dented and abused.
