Exclamation Trophy Alarm clock bug

Hi guys,

i've noticed a couple of problems with my Trophy chief of them being that i can barely hear my alarm clock going of on the device.

I've made a video of it and uploaded it to youtube
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CUL6zWK9mU8

Are any of you having the same issue?

I've contacted HTC and they told me to take it back to the store and ask for a replacement.

One of the other issues i have is that the volume of music sometimes is also quite low. I have to restart the device to get my music to sound loud enough.

Regards

J.

So it seems.

But that leaves me wondering how up to date the HTC support staff is concerning WP7.

Apparently it does get louder, but why would the support guy tell me to do a hard reset and if that doesn't help return the device to the store.

He clearly doesn't know enough about WP7

that happens to me all the time if i call a helpdesk , they just follow a procedure... If you are more experience with this stuff , then you wouldnt work @ a helpdesk

@ Elchico

De enige oplossing is het herstarten van het toestel.
HTC is hiervan op de hoogte, nu enkel wachten op een oplossing van hen.

just dont lay your device flat on the table. this blocks the speaker and reduces volume by half at least.

thats an option.

What bugs me about the alarm is that when it rings for quite a while (I'm a heavy sleeper) and you have set a couple of alarms, and let the second one kick in, it to starts to ring (still no biggy cause its supposed to wake you up). So when I finally get up and dismiss the both alarms, and I unlock the device the home-screen doesn't respond. The live tiles are still moving, and everything seems fine, but I cant select anything, I can lock the screen again, and undo the screen lock again but the home-screen won't respond, so I have to reboot the device.

Hope they'll fix this in the next update
