Is there any emulator by which I can run Symbian files (.sis and .sisx) on my Android phone?
If no, then is there any way that I can run them?

Really the only application I miss is to use Ovi Maps offline. Many others symbian applications have equivalents ones in Android.

I think the same....
Its not any more necessary to make a Symbian Emulator....
There are more and better alternatives to the Symbian apps....
